Commercial Air Purifier Rental in Singapore

Rent medical-grade air purifiers across your offices, clinics or centres in Singapore. Sized room by room, scaled up for haze season, one local supplier.

Short answer: We rent medical-grade air purifiers to Singapore businesses — offices, clinics, dental practices, childcare and confinement centres, showrooms and events — sized room by room rather than sold as a job lot. Rental suits you when you would rather not tie up capital, when headcount or floor plans are still moving, or when you need extra units fast for haze season. Tell us your rooms and we will size the fleet and quote terms. You can also trial it free for 30 days before committing to anything.

Who rents rather than buys

Buying is usually cheaper over the long run for a fixed site you service yourself — we say so plainly in our rent versus buy comparison. Rental wins in a narrower but very common set of situations:

  • You are scaling or still moving. A growing office, a clinic group opening branches, a centre mid-renovation. Rented units follow the floor plan; bought units become someone's storage problem.
  • The budget is operating, not capital. Many facilities and practice managers can approve a monthly operating line far faster than a capital purchase that needs a different signature.
  • You need cover for a season, not a decade. Haze episodes, a flu surge, a post-renovation off-gassing period, a few months of construction next door.
  • It is for an event or a temporary space. Exhibitions, roadshows, pop-ups, temporary clinics and training rooms.
  • You want to prove it before you own it. Rent, measure, then convert to purchase if it earns its place.

What a commercial fleet actually looks like

The mistake we see most often is one large unit at the entrance of a floor that has six separate rooms. Air does not travel between closed rooms, so a purifier only cleans the room it is standing in. A fleet is sized room by room:

SpaceUnitCADRRated coverage
Consult room, dental surgery, small meeting roomFillo Plus300 m³/hUp to 30 m²
Waiting area, classroom, open-plan zoneClassic 400S480 m³/h31–54 m²
Hall, large clinic floor, gym, showroomPro 800S800 m³/h56–96 m²
Reception desk, individual workstationKJ100FDesktopPersonal space

Rated coverage figures assume a gentler air-change target than a clinic needs. Work backwards instead: required CADR (m³/h) = floor area (m²) × ceiling height (m) × target air changes per hour — aim for 4–5 in offices, 5 or more in clinics, 6 or more in dental and procedure rooms. Our size calculator does it per room, and how many air purifiers an office needs works through a full floor.

Why we rent medical-grade rather than office-grade

Every AIRE room purifier uses H13 medical-grade HEPA as standard — defined under EN 1822 as capturing at least 99.95% of particles at the most-penetrating particle size. On top of that, AIRE pairs H13 filtration with active sterilisation: UV-C light plus copper-silver ion technology, which eliminated more than 99.99% of tested airborne pathogens (E. coli, Staphylococcus albus, Influenza A) within 60 minutes in chamber testing, versus roughly 4 hours 23 minutes for the same organisms to decay passively on a standard HEPA filter.

For a room where people share air all day, that difference is the point of the exercise. AIRE holds an FDA Class 2 medical device listing plus CE and RoHS compliance, and is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 — the paperwork a procurement file usually asks for. If you want to know how we decide what we will and will not claim, that is written down too: how we verify our claims.

How a rental actually runs

  1. Tell us the rooms. Floor areas and what happens in each — treatment, waiting, teaching, open-plan desks. A floor plan is ideal; a list is fine.
  2. We size the fleet. Unit type per room against your air-change target, not a flat count per square foot.
  3. We quote terms. Monthly or short-term, what is included, and what happens if you scale up or down. Ask us specifically what filter replacement arrangement you want — we will put it in the quote rather than leave it vague.
  4. Placement. Units go where the air actually needs turning over — breathing height, away from a wall that short-circuits the airflow back into the intake.
  5. Review. Rooms change. Reviewing the fleet when a floor is reconfigured is how it stays right.

If you would rather test the whole thing at no cost first, the 30-day pilot places sized units in your actual rooms with zero upfront cost. Buy, rent or return at the end.

Haze season and surge cover

Singapore's haze advisories recommend staying indoors with windows closed and running an air purifier when air quality reaches unhealthy levels — which is exactly when every office and centre in the country tries to buy the same units at once.

Renting ahead of the season is the unglamorous fix: you hold cover for the months you need it, and you are not bidding against the rest of the island in the week the PSI climbs. We cover the planning side in renting air purifiers for haze and preschool haze preparation.

What we do not rent — read this before enquiring

Being clear here saves everyone a wasted call.

  • We are not an air scrubber supplier. If you need a negative-air machine with ducting for construction dust, asbestos or mould remediation, that is a different category of equipment and we do not supply it. Our units are room air purifiers.
  • We do not rent industrial process equipment — fume extraction, welding extraction, paint booth filtration. Different job, different machine.
  • We do not promise health outcomes. No air purifier prevents illness. What a properly sized fleet does is reduce the airborne load people are exposed to, which supports your other infection-control measures rather than replacing them.

Where we do fit: offices, clinics, dental, childcare and student care, confinement and eldercare, showrooms, training rooms, events and any occupied indoor space where people share air.

Getting a quote

Send the room list — or just a floor plan photo — to WhatsApp or call +65 8082 3699, or use the contact form. We will come back with a room-by-room fleet and rental terms rather than a single line item.

We have served corporate clients across Singapore since 2023, including dental and specialist clinics, a student care centre, a confinement care centre, a residential development and a dining establishment. Client names appear on this site only where the client has given permission, which is why several of those are unnamed.

Frequently asked

Can I rent air purifiers for my office in Singapore instead of buying?

Yes. We supply the same medical-grade units on purchase or flexible rental, sized room by room. Rental suits offices that would rather use an operating budget, are still changing floor plans or headcount, or need cover for a specific period such as haze season. Tell us your rooms and we will size the fleet and quote terms.

Is this the same as air scrubber rental?

No, and it is worth being precise. An air scrubber, or negative-air machine, is construction and remediation equipment used with ducting for dust, asbestos or mould works. We rent room air purifiers for occupied spaces — offices, clinics, centres and events. If you need a negative-air machine, we are not the right supplier.

How many units does a typical office floor need?

It depends on rooms, not floor area. Air does not move between closed rooms, so each enclosed space needs its own unit sized to it. Work out required CADR as floor area × ceiling height × target air changes per hour, aiming for 4–5 air changes in offices, then match a unit to each room.

Can we try before committing to a rental?

Yes. Our 30-day pilot places correctly sized units in your actual rooms at zero upfront cost. Run them through a normal month, then buy, rent or return them. It exists because air-quality claims are easy to make and hard to feel.
