Warranty

AIRE purifiers are covered by a manufacturer's warranty — for our main purifier range this is typically 1 year, and the exact term for your unit is stated on your quotation or invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects; consumables such as filters are excluded. To make a claim, contact us with your invoice or quotation reference.

Filters & servicing

Filter life depends on usage and air quality. Most AIRE units have a built-in filter-replacement indicator — when it lights up, message us and we'll supply the correct replacement. We also advise on cleaning washable pre-filters and electrostatic collectors.

Delivery & setup

We deliver across Singapore and can set units up in the right rooms, ready to run. Delivery and setup arrangements are confirmed in your quotation.

Rental & pilots

Units are available on flexible rental terms for businesses, and the 30-day pilot lets you trial a medical-grade unit with zero upfront cost.
