This policy explains how AIRE Purifiers Pte Ltd (UEN 202139211G, "AIRE", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

When you contact us — through the enquiry forms on this website, WhatsApp, phone or email — we collect the details you provide: your name, contact information (phone and/or email), organisation, the type and size of your space, and the content of your message.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not collect personal data from you simply for browsing it.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and recommend suitable products
• To arrange pilots, quotations, delivery, setup and after-sales service
• To keep normal business records of transactions

We do not sell your personal data, and we will not send you marketing you haven't asked for.

Who processes it

Your data is handled by service providers we use to run this website and receive messages: Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery), FormSubmit (delivers form submissions to our inbox), and our email and messaging providers (including WhatsApp if you contact us there). Each processes data only to provide its service.

Retention

We keep enquiry and transaction records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to its use. Contact our data protection contact via WhatsApp or phone at +65 8082 3699, or through the contact form, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
