Where PRISM+ wins

Price and convenience. When we checked PRISM+'s own site, the Aura was S$159, the Vortex S$179 and the Vortex Pro S$229, all on sale. Each has an app over Wi-Fi and an H13 filter with activated carbon. Listed noise is 30 dB at the Aura's lowest speed and 22–23 dB in sleep mode on the Vortex models, which also list UV-C. For a bedroom or living room, that is a lot of purifier for the money, from a local brand that sells online.

Questions worth asking before you compare

PRISM+ describes coverage in square feet (182 ft² for the Aura up to 830 ft² for the Vortex Pro) but we did not find a CADR figure on those pages, the clean-air output that lets you check coverage yourself. PRISM+ lists H13 filtration and uses the marketing phrase "Medical Grade HEPA"; that phrase does not establish medical-device registration. None of this makes PRISM+ a poor product. It means that for a clinic you should ask any supplier, including us, for CADR and test documents.

What AIRE adds

AIRE's medical range pairs an H13 HEPA filter with UV-C and copper-silver ion stages. In chamber testing, more than 99.99% of the tested airborne pathogens (E. coli, Staphylococcus albus, Influenza A) were eliminated within 60 minutes, against roughly 4 hours 23 minutes for the same organisms to decay passively on a standard HEPA filter.
